CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 357(FIN) "An Act relating to the sale of                                                                  
land owned by the Alaska Railroad that is not necessary for railroad                                                            
purposes" was read the second time.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
